Hey Guys! It’s been a while since a post and there’s some new stuff to keep you up on. Sorry for the lack of posts and whatnot, but I’ve been busy which is great! Here’s some small updates to keep you posted on.
Domain Pricing Changes
All right. For the first time in 5 years, I’ve had to update some domain prices. First up is .org & .net. The new price’s are as follows:
- 1 – 4 years: $16 / year
- 5+ years: $15 / year
Second is are .com’s. The new pricing is as follows:
- 1 – 4 years: $15.00 / year
- 5+ years: $14.00 / year
Third is .net’s.

Updated Billing System
Some people have been having issues with getting PDF’s of their billing. Well, after half-a-day of work, I got my billing software updated. Hopefully this will take care of a lot of the issues. If you have your login information, you’re welcome to check out the changes. : )
Hosting Switch
As most of you know by now, I Heart Blank did a massive hosting switch back in March…I think it was March. Everything seems to be working smoothly and I’m very happy with the new hosting providers. For those who don’t know the story…our ‘old’ hosting company got bought out and their service started going downhill. It got to a point where things that would normally take two hours started taking 10 days. It finally got so bad that you guys (my clients) started suffering.
So I finally made the decision to suffer through a giant hosting transfer. There were a few hiccups but overall sites are running faster, customer service is 100x times better, and we have the latest and greatest features a hosting company can have, including free SSL’s through Let’s Encrypt (another post is coming around the corner about Google and this whole SSL deal.)
Conclusion
I think that’s about it for now. Hopefully, now that it’s summer I’ll be able to post a little more.
