Advertising Gold

I'm working on another 'real' article, but I just had to share this commercial.  It comes from Kmart and it is titled "Ship My Pants."  It's a great example of getting your attention and no part of this commercial seems overly redundant.  I think it's cast perfectly, written perfectly and there's two versions included in the video.   Check out the video below and laugh a little...it's Monday.  A huge thanks to Pallante Photography for shooting this commercial my[...]

Just a quick, Tuesday morning pick-me-up.  Came across this post from BuzzFeed with some brilliant print advertisements featuring animals.  Check out the ones above and click below to see the rest. The Funniest Animal Ads Ever Just print ads (15 of them). And only ads with animals selling non-animal-related products.

This is more of a fun one than anything else but I stumbled across an archive of Vintage Advertisements.  If you scroll down a little and look on the left you can see that you can sort ads by the year and even decade.  Farthest one back goes to the 1652 (and it's for coffee too!)
