I can follow that template to a \u2019T\u2019 and then at the end, the client says, \u201cIt doesn\u2019t look like the demo.\u201d I usually reply with, \u201cYou gave me pictures off your iPhone.\u201d High quality pictures can enhance website like no other. I urge people to spend the $800 &#8211; 1200 bucks to get a photographer for the day. It will not only make sure you website shines, but you also have a TON of ammunition for your other social media. Your header images, profile pictures, instagrams and everything else will be enhanced.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Wanna Start A Blog?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>A blog can be something magical but, and I can\u2019t stress this enough, it\u2019s not for everyone. When someone tells me they want a blog, I tell them I\u2019ll give them a blog if they get me 5 blog posts ahead of time. 99% of the time the blog never gets on the site. When you have a blog that the last post was from a year ago\u2026that actually hurts you.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/iheartblank.net\/old\/24-of-google-searches-are-local\/\"> The fact is that 1 in 4 Google searches are for local businesses<\/a>.\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/iheartblank.net\/old\/report-proves-the-importance-of-blogging-plus-tips-for-maintaining-your-blog\/\">You can generate a lot of traffic for your site if you have a blog<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>If you are writing blogs posts, a lot of people have trouble coming up with content.\u00a0 It\u00a0<strong>is<\/strong> time consuming and sometimes you just don&#8217;t know what to write about.\u00a0 I find myself forcing myself to write content sometimes&#8230;just to keep my blog relevant.\u00a0 Here&#8217;s a <a href=\"https:\/\/iheartblank.net\/old\/tips-and-ideas-for-writing-your-next-blog-post-article\/\">list of some ideas you can use to fuel your inspiration for your next blog post<\/a>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>What\u2019s Common To You Isn\u2019t Common To Everyone<\/li>\n<li>Your Opinions Matter<\/li>\n<li>Customer Service On Your Blog<\/li>\n<li>History Matters<\/li>\n<li>The Resources You Respect<\/li>\n<li>Be Selfish<\/li>\n<li>Picture Perfect!<\/li>\n<li>New! New! New!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The great thing is that you can just sit on your couch, open a Word document or Google Doc, and get your ideas out while you&#8217;re watching TV at night.<\/p>\n<p>A lot of times I\u2019ll just get a WordPress plugin that will make their Facebook look a blog posts. This is because a typical blog post should be between 400 -600 characters.\u00a0 A lot of people writing skills for that, even once a month.\u00a0 New and updated information is important to any business, so if you&#8217;re writing &#8216;shorter&#8217; updates, then it might be a good idea to just post your Facebook posts to your website.\u00a0 To do this, all you have to do is copy and paste from <a href=\"https:\/\/developers.facebook.com\/docs\/plugins\/page-plugin\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Facebook Page Embedder<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>I write my blog posts to be informative and to serve anyone who wants to learn about something web, marketing or online related.\u00a0 I recommend adding a passive, soft sell call to action at the bottom of your blog post.\u00a0 Take this SSL article I wrote (that is mentioned above.)\u00a0 You&#8217;ll find a passive call to action on the bottom that basically says, &#8220;<em>If this seems like this is overwhelming, let I Heart Blank, LLC help!<\/em>&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Related Articles:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/iheartblank.net\/old\/11-more-reasons-your-local-business-should-be-blogging\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">11 (More) Reasons Your Local Business Should Be Blogging<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Domains<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Domain names are a great way to help your next promotion or advertisement!\u00a0 .com domain names cost anywhere between $10 &#8211; advertising) more memorable<\/li>\n<li>Wit (aka &#8211; for the hell of it)<\/li>\n<li>If you own a franchise<\/li>\n<li>If you have a potentially confusing website or business name<\/li>\n<li>SEO optimization<\/li>\n<li>Fans for domains<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>What kind of things should you think about when getting ready to buy a domain name?\u00a0 Actually, quite a few!\u00a0 First is picking your TLD or Top Level Domain.\u00a0 This is the .com, .net, .local, .lawyer or whatever you might be thinking of.\u00a0 The super short answer is you should always try to purchase a .com.\u00a0 It&#8217;s what everyone remembers.\u00a0 Most people are trying to remember what to type in and aren&#8217;t really thinking about the TLD.\u00a0 If your perfect .com is taken, there are somethings you can attempt (if you really want a .com).\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/iheartblank.net\/old\/com-net-info-deciding-on-your-next-tld\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Here are some &#8216;tips&#8217; are also great for if you&#8217;re picking a secondary domain<\/a>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Three word rule<\/li>\n<li>Visualize the domain<\/li>\n<li>&#8216;Hear&#8217; the domain<\/li>\n<li>Be careful of numbers<\/li>\n<li>Be careful of variable words<\/li>\n<li>Try adding an SEO word<\/li>\n<li>Be weary of the &#8220;-&#8220;<\/li>\n<li>The old standards<\/li>\n<li>Suggestion tools<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Google Map Packs<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>At this point, we know how important being on Google Maps is.\u00a0 Local search results bring up Google Maps on the top on mobile&#8230;and that&#8217;s for good reason.\u00a0 Again, remember what I said before, Google\u00a0<strong>wants\u00a0<\/strong>to bring relevant information to the top.<\/p>\n<p>Another solution, to help with your general SEO and overall visibility for your business are services that &#8216;manage&#8217; your social media and online presence.\u00a0\u00a0For a couple years, and you might have heard them on the radio I offered the &#8216;<a href=\"http:\/\/goingsocialnj.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Going Social<\/a>&#8216; media package where I&#8217;d set up 5 social media sites for $250.\u00a0 I got a call one day to be a &#8216;Yext Reseller&#8217; and heard the guy out.\u00a0 Basically, <a href=\"https:\/\/iheartblank.net\/old\/services\/powerlistings\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Powerlistings<\/a> submits and manages around 70 of your social media and directory submissions from one dashboard.\u00a0 I&#8217;ll admit, this isn&#8217;t optimal for every small business&#8230;but it can be very beneficial for certain business types, mostly service-type businesses.\u00a0 The fact that you can update all your information across 70 social media and directory sites is pretty cool and happens almost immediately.\u00a0 We just did it with <a href=\"https:\/\/aquatech-usa.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Aquatech<\/a> who moved to Valentine Street.\u00a0 I logged into Chris&#8217;
